The recipe is for several servings, 4-5 servings, I only made three peppers because we are only 2 people. Depending on how many servings you want to make, the quantities are reduced.

  • 8 capsicums
  • 350 gr minced turkey meat
  • a green onion tie
  • an onion
  • 2 teaspoons sweet pepper paste
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


The two types of onions are finely chopped and hardened. After they have softened, add the meat. Allow to change color, add the pepper paste, mix, season with salt and pepper and leave on the fire for 10 minutes. Then the peppers are cut in half lengthwise and cleaned, greased the halves with oil and placed in the baking tray. Mix the cream with all the meat, fill the halves of the peppers and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
