Method of preparation:

First we prepare the pudding because it needs more time to cool. Mix vanilla pudding with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 200 ml of orange juice. We will boil the rest of the juice.

When it starts to boil, add the pudding and mix until it thickens. Take the pudding off the heat, cover it with foil and let it cool.

Now mix the raspberries with 5 tablespoons of sugar and 200 ml of water. Bring to the boil and stir occasionally. We also prepare raspberry pudding. Mix the pudding powder with the rest of the sugar and 200 ml of water. Then pour the pudding into the raspberry mixture on the stove.

Stir well until thickened. Then add 50 g of margarine and mix until it melts, then take the pudding off the heat, cover with foil and let it cool.

While we wait for the fillings to cool, we put a layer of biscuits on the bottom of a bowl. Melt the chocolate with the oil and mix. We should get a thin icing, which we can easily spread over the layer of cookies.

If it thickens, we heat it again. It must be enough for all 4 layers of biscuits.

Cover the first layer of biscuits with chocolate icing. Beat 200 g margarine with powdered sugar, then add it to the cooled vanilla pudding. Mix well with a mixer. Spread a layer of vanilla cream and a layer of raspberries over the biscuits. We place a new row of cookies.

Cover the biscuits with chocolate. Repeat the procedure until we finish all the biscuits. We wrap them in chocolate. We decorate the cake as we like. I put the cake in the fridge overnight. The next day we cut it and serve it. Good appetite!


Cake with plums and vanilla pudding

Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and mix until the wine is shiny and creamy. Add the yolks, then gradually pour the oil and mix on low speed until smooth. Incorporate the flour, stirring lightly with a spoon. In a tray lined with baking paper we pour ¾ composition. In the rest, mix the cocoa and spread it on top so that it covers the entire surface.

Put in the preheated oven, over medium heat, 30-35 min. Cool, remove the paper and place on a plate.

Mix the whipped cream, incorporate the cold pudding and mix well. Spread evenly over the cake.

Sprinkle granulated cocoa over it. Put in the fridge for a few hours. We portion and serve. We can keep it in the fridge for a few days.
