Unusual baked fish recipe flavored with white wine
- 1.5 kg of fresh fish

1. Herring pasta
• 2 cans Eva Herring fillets in vegetable oil
• 500g spaghetti
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 hot pepper
• 1 bunch of parsley
• olive oil
• 1 tablespoon of capers
• 4-5 cherry tomatoes
• 1 lemon
• salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
Boil 500g of spaghetti in a pot of salted water, according to the package instructions. Peel and finely chop 2 cloves of garlic, then finely chop a hot pepper and finely chop the leaves of a bunch of parsley. Put a large pan on the fire and add a few tablespoons of olive oil. After the oil has heated up, add the garlic, hot pepper, a tablespoon of capers and the parsley stalks. Leave them for a few minutes until the mix starts to change color. Take 2 cans of Eva Herring herring in vegetable oil, add them to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. 2. Herring on a bed of rice
• 2 cans Eva Herring fillet in tomato sauce
• 1 cup of rice
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 diced cucumber
• 4 sliced tomatoes
• salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Combine onions, cucumbers and tomatoes. Put the rice in 2 bowls, add the 2 canned Eva File of herring in tomato sauce and the vegetable mix, dividing evenly in both bowls. Add salt and pepper and you're done!

Cut the peeled tomatoes into pieces. Put the tomato juice with a cup in a bowl and add water with the same cup over it, so that you have three and a half cups of liquid. Put the 4 teaspoons of instant soup & icircn the water with the tomato sauce. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the long grain rice and mix gently until the grains turn golden. Add over the chopped garlic cloves, finely chopped onion and cumin. Fry everything for about a minute and add the diced tomatoes. Keep the pan on the fire until the tomatoes become a paste. Add the three and a half cups of water with the tomato sauce on top. Bring to a boil over low heat. After about 10 to 15 minutes, the bubbling rice-specific bubbles should appear. Cover the pan and continue to simmer over a very low heat until the liquid is absorbed by the rice grains, so for another 15 minutes.
►Wash the fish and cut it into four parts. Add salt and place in a pan greased with butter.
► Peel the onion and garlic, wash the green beans, carrots and tomatoes and allow to drain. Cut onion and carrot, garlic slices and tomatoes into eight pieces.
► Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion. Add the carrot, green beans and leave to harden. Add the tomatoes, garlic, peas, raisins and green parsley. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, then add cherry and water and pour this mixture over the fish in the pan.
