Spinach food


Today I found spinach at the market and I said we should eat healthy.
I made a recipe from the book "3S - Healthy, Slim, Satula" written by Carmen Bruma.
The food came out very fragrant, although it doesn't look like it from the photos.

  • 300 g fresh spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • half a squeezed lemon
  • a cup of tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Spinach dish:

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

Put water on the fire and when it boils, add the spinach and leave for 5 minutes (no more because all the nutrients are lost).

Separately put the onion in the olive oil, then add the spinach well drained of water. After 5 minutes, put the tomato juice and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.

When ready, add the chopped garlic and lemon juice. I did not put salt at all, you can put as you wish.
