For this sauce I was inspired by one of the first TV shows. from us with Jamie Oliver. Every time I serve it to fish it has a crazy success !!!
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon, grated peel and juice
- 200 gr sour cream
- 200 gr yogurt
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1/2 bunch parsley leaves [or coriander]
- 1/2 red pepper
- salt
- pepper
- paprika

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Fish sauce:
the vegetables are cleaned and washed.
Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Cut the pepper into cubes.
Mix all the ingredients seasoning to taste.
