Add flour, oil and salt and knead an elastic dough.

Take a paper or baking sheet and place it in the Slow & amp Multicooker Digital 5.6l Crock-pot. It is important to have a baking sheet on the edge as well, as the bread will grow during baking and risk sticking.
Put the bread dough in the container.
Slow & Multicooker Digital 5.6l Crock-pot is set to BAKING for 2 hours. Press Start.
You will see that the bread begins to grow. Do not lift the lid during cooking.

100 g butter, softened at room temperature

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon oregano
Method of preparation
The oven is heated to 200 degrees C.
Saute the garlic over low heat with a tablespoon of butter and water until lightly fried.
In a bowl, mix the hot garlic with the remaining butter, salt and pepper.
The mixture obtained is spread on the halves of the wand.
Put the halves on top of each other, wrap them in aluminum foil and put them in the oven for 15 minutes.
Then, unravel and put the greased side up. Bake for another 7 minutes, until it turns brown.
Remove the halves of the baguette from the oven and sprinkle with mozzarella and oregano.
