Biscuit salami, fasting recipe, a few words about ingredients and cooking time

Biscuit salami is a dessert made to be kept for a certain period. Obviously, we wouldn't even be able to consume it all at once, because a single piece has 106 calories, it's not exactly easy. Let's be honest, we don't really put this biscuit salami in the fridge. We display it on plates, it's the kind of "nibbling" dessert, we perceive it as a cookie, but it's not exactly that, because it's not heat treated.

On the other hand, most biscuit salami recipes I've read on the internet contain milk. And milk, given that the product is unlikely to be consumed very quickly, is a dangerous ingredient. We all know how quickly it spoils, especially in combination with sugar, it creates a good environment only for bacteria. Yes, there are other kinds of biscuit desserts, as it is this recipe previously published and absolutely delicious (click on the link to read it), which contain butter, eggs, etc. They are recommended to be kept in the refrigerator, just like a cream cake.

Sugar-free biscuit salami No baking. Vegan. Healthy!

This is the recipe for biscuit salami from childhood, transformed and made healthier & ndash biscuit salami without sugar, without baking and vegan!

This recipe by sugar-free biscuit salami it has been my favorite since childhood! I still like it as much as I liked it then, only now I thought of making the healthier version. It's super easy! All you have to do is use the food processor or blender and mix the ingredients. That's it! It's ready in just 10 minutes.

I've made the recipe for sugar-free biscuit salami about 5 times already. I'm absolutely crazy about it, especially since it's ready very quickly. I didn't make it in the classic salami shape, I made candies and I put it in a tart shape to cut it into slices.

The source of inspiration for this sugar-free biscuit salami recipe was Inea's blog. Find the original recipe here, but I changed some ingredients.

Why is this recipe healthier? First does not contain sugar, does not require thermal preparation and and vegan! It can be done too gluten free if special biscuits are used. I used carob instead of cocoa (roscove powder) which I personally adore! It seems much sweeter than cocoa and it's much healthier! Instead of butter I used coconut oil which is not only very fragrant, but it is even recommended to eat daily. & # 128578

I look forward to your opinions! & # 128578
