Cake with cottage cheese and cherries


Wheat:

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, gradually add the sugar, egg yolks, melted butter, brandy, vanilla and flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa.

Cream:

Mix the cheese with the lemon peel, honey, vanilla and whipped cream. Hydrate the gelatin in 50 ml of water for 5 minutes and then put it on a steam bath to melt (be careful not to boil it) then incorporate it into the cream.

Decor:

Boil the pudding powder with 300 ml of cherry juice.

Aassembly:

Put cream and cherries on the counter and leave to cool for at least 2-3 hours. When the cream has hardened, add the slightly cooled pudding over it.
