It is made quickly and from few ingredients:

  • 1 liter of milk, preferably 3.5% fat
  • 200 g noodles

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract / 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 15 g butter
  • a pinch of salt.

Directions

  • I put the milk on the fire in a large saucepan with the vanilla, raisins and sugar. When the milk got hot, I added the noodles and boiled it over a very low heat until I obtained a creamy, bound composition.
  • I greased a heat-resistant pan with butter and sprinkled a tablespoon of sugar over the butter.
  • I turned the composition upside down in the tray, then sprinkled a spoonful of brown sugar on top and put it in the preheated oven, at 180 degrees, for 25 minutes, until the noodles absorbed all the milk and the sugar on top was caramelized.

When it's hot, it won't slice very well, but if you leave it for 10-15 minutes, you will get some very good-looking slices.

We served the noodle pudding with milk as dinner, lukewarm, but it was great the next day, cold from the fridge, as a snack.
